Two talks! R in Production and Developing Closed Source R Packages

Details
We will have two speakers: Andy Pryke and Aaron Jacobs.
Andy will talk about using R in production. Specifically, how he uses R & Rmarkdown for automated data science as a service: automating data checks, model checks & reporting to minimise work.
Aaron's talk is entitled "Developing R Packages in Proprietary Settings". Most guides and tools for working with R packages seem to be geared at open source (and especially GitHub-oriented) models. He'll walk through what things look like when you are working on closed source packages inside a company or organization.
All attendees agree to abide by the R-Ladies Code of Conduct (https://github.com/rladies/starter-kit/wiki/Code-of-Conduct). Please read the document if you haven't done so.
Door will open at 6pm with introductions and presentations around 6:30pm. Everything will conclude at 8. Please join!
