New Transport for the North strategy - and its environmental impacts

This month's theme is on the new Transport for the North strategy currently out for consultation. What will the proposed £70BN investment in roads and rail do for the economy of Huddersfield & the Valleys? What does it say about active travel and the challenge of improving our air quality?
