Local Climate Action: how it could bridge the carbon savings gap

Cllr Andrew Cooper (Kirklees Councillor), member of the European Union Committee of the Regions, talks about the concept of Locally Determined Contributions and how he got it adopted at the COP23 Climate Talks in Bonn in November last year.
He will also talk about the next Climate Talks to be held in Katowice, Poland and what we might expect be achieved there towards achieving the Paris Climate Goals.
