Lowering the Temperature

Details
Climate change is affecting rain and snowfall, stream flow and temperature, and other key factors that in turn may impact habitat for fish and wildlife in the Sandy River. Lowering the Temperature is the second in a series of workshops tackling climate change impacts in the Sandy River Basin and beyond. We'll review results of our first two years' work on climate adaptation, consider the Sandy's identified status as a cold water refugia, and develop strategies and next steps to extend climate adaptive practices throughout the watershed and the region.
