Mentorships for Green Academy

Details
The Green Academy Program [ http://www.woodsidehs.org/Academics/Green-Academy/index.html ] at Woodside High School could use your help! Students in the Green Academy are inspired both in and outside the traditional classroom to become stewards of their environment, leaders in their communities, and innovators in the field of green technology. During their Junior year, students may request a career mentor that works with them on both academic and career goals. The students interests are widespread from landscape architect and interior design to environmental advocacy and engineering.
The commitment is approximately 2 hours per month, with most interactions via email and 4 face-to-face meetings over the course of the school year. The first meeting is scheduled for Friday 2 November 2018 starting at 9:00 AM, and the program wraps up in early May.
If you are an innovator in green technology, a professional improving the environment, or a community leader, this program gives you an excellent opportunity to make a positive difference in a teenager's life.
Two hours per months starting Friday 2 November 2018, 9:00 to 11:00 AM
