Effective Design Strategies for Optimal Energy Performance and Occupant Comfort and Health

With building occupants spending an average of 90% of their time indoors, indoor environmental quality is key to occupant comfort and health and provides a unique opportunity to focus on advancing energy efficiency. This one-hour webinar will present best practices to improving energy efficiency with the ultimate goal of zero energy. The focus during this webinar will be on the most important considerations for the successful implementation of high performance strategies as well as the “state of the art” and “off-the-shelf” technologies available today for achieving optimal energy performance. The session will cover the importance of the non-energy benefits of high performance buildings, and the opportunity to use energy efficiency to improve non-energy metrics like productivity, health and occupant well-being.
