Green Okanagan's Sustainability Social

Green Okanagan is getting together for green conversation and we want you to join in! This event is a gathering of like-minded individuals sharing a passion for sustainability and green movements in our community.

This time, you'll find us chatting at the Kelowna Visitor's Centre. Our February Sustainability Social has a theme of 'Sustainable Tourism', where you will get to learn from GreenStep's Angela Nagy! There will be a presentation discussing healthy and sustainable tourism as well as the progressive initiatives occurring in our region. This will be followed by a Q&A session to answer your curiosities and engage with other GO community members.

Light snacks and refreshments will be provided, so please remember to bring your own (BYO) container and cutlery!

Come and ask questions, share your experiences, or just hang out! All opinions are welcome - we can't wait to see you there!

Our Sustainability Socials happen on a later Wednesday of every month from 6:30pm until 8:00pm, sometimes later if the conversation keeps rolling. Come and go as you please, we'll be happy to see you! Swing by on your own or bring a friend, grab a drink, and start a conversation.
