Life is But a Dream: Meditations for Growing Our Wisdom

Life is But a Dream:  Meditations for Growing Our Wisdom

The ancient Buddhist master, Geshe Chekawa, encouraged his students to “Think that all phenomena are like dreams.”  What does this advice really mean, and how can we apply it to busy modern life?  In this class series, we’ll explore Buddha’s profound wisdom teachings.  Along the way, we’ll discover that these ancient teachings are still relevant and applicable to our day-to-day lives.

Class Format

Every class will begin with a brief introduction, followed by a guided breathing meditation and the Liberating Prayer. After meditation, there will be a short teaching and time for Q&A.

Class Schedule
