Welcome to the Greenwich Modern Health group! We’re looking to connect people with similar health interests to support and learn from each other. There is so much new research on everything from fasting to improve brain function and body composition to mental health practices that have been shown to be as effective as medication and therapy combined to treat depression, I doubt we’ll run out of interesting topics. The goal of this group is connection and support. This is a safe zone and members will be removed if they violate the rules. There will be opportunities to breakout members with similar interests. There will be virtual and in person events based on the group’s interests.
