Greenwood 20s/30s Book Club

Do you want to join a book club discussion but reading a whole book is a big commitment? Are you in too many book clubs already and don't have time for another? Come and join us at Short Story Club, where we read two to three short stories and get together to discuss them!

Stories are selected on a theme to foster discussion. This month's theme is The Ones Who Walk Away From Omelas, the classic by Ursula K. LeGuin about a utopian society with a terrible secret. We'll read that and two stories written in response, Why Don't We Just Kill The Kids In The Omelas Hole, by Isabel J. Kim, and The Ones Who Stay and Fight, by N. K. Jemisin.
