What we're about
We gather every other Monday night to learn about coding, mentor one another, and make new friends and business contacts. We sometimes have a workshop or brief presentation at the table. Every respectful person who likes to code or demonstrates a willingness to learn is welcome. Bring your laptop, research paper, or whatever inspires you to be a great coder!
Not sure what to expect? Check out our Social Tips (https://docs.google.com/document/d/166XmXJ7Bg0iE8BH-s7LzgbC_vbiG9KUFdQN48UYgQA8/edit?usp=sharing).
Absolute Beginners: you'll get more out if this group if you have at least one hour of coding experience, or have written 100 lines of code in any language (HTML/CSS counts if you type it into a text editor). You can do an Hour of Code (https://code.org/learn) on your laptop or phone with us at your first meeting if you like. Let us know if you would like us to host an Hour of Code event to get groups of people started.
