Meet up in the Downtown Gresham area for full-body cardio workouts, information on how to go low carb/keto, and other topics to help improve all aspects of health. Workout sessions will be appropriate for people at all levels of fitness who do not have current acute injuries. The goal of every workout is to move the body in all directions nature intended us to move every day. We will also run specialty classes geared toward specific sports.
Topics of discussion for Meet Ups will include tips on how to improve / hack / upgrade all areas of life.
More opportunities weekly for people who want regular workouts or need specific exercises for muscular issues. Please arrive early to read and sign a gym waiver.
