Runners of all levels welcome. We will have weekly trail runs, track workouts and easy group runs. Locations will vary for trail runs, carpooling is an option. Whether you're new to running, or looking to learn some new things and improve your abilities, we'll have some good training options available for you.
All workouts will start with a warm-up jog, drills and strides followed by a mainset. We'll end with a jog cool down and stretch. We can accommodate multiple levels of runner. The more people show up, the better the pace groups will be. Ultimately, I'd like to show people how group style training and quality work can benefit everyone.
