What we're about

This is a group for runners who are looking to improve their speed or race times in races from the 5k to the marathon. Each week there are three different workout options: one geared to 15k-marathon pace training, one for 5k-15k pace training, and one for 3k pace and faster. I am on-hand to offer suggestions on which workout is most appropriate for you as well as recommended paces based on your current fitness.
