Thank you everyone who took the time to take the poll and Portugal won...so this will be our next cooking event.
This cuisine is big on tapas. So we will do a variety of tapas with just two main courses.
Again, I will be asking for 3 volunteers to come 2 hours early, to help with the prep. Please email me directly if you would like to be part of the prep crew.

Trutas a Mode de Braganca (trout wrapped in smoked ham)
Port & Paprika Chicken Bites
Chickpea Salad with Salt Cod
Bacalhao a Bras
Portuguese Chorico Breads
Frango Piri Piri (grilled chili basted chicken)
Chanfana (roast lamb)
...and if there are any Portuguese natives out there who can offer assistance or have better ideas for menu options, I am open to ideas ...the menu is not written in stone.
