Learn and practice techniques for good mental health. Learn from the collected writings and learning of many people who have successfully overcome mental health challenges - anxiety, depression, bipolar, and others. Listen and discuss with others in a small, friendly group.

Our meetings consist of reading and structured discussion in small groups.

Our discussion group has the following agenda:

1) Stories of recovery and growth

2) Reading and Discussion

3) Problem Solving and Progress Reports

* Grow groups came from a Christian background and are open to all and do not require any Christian belief. Our groups consist of many athiests, agnostics, and religious believers.

Grow offers a school for living for better mental health, taught during weekly meetings.

Overly negative thoughts, feelings and anxieties are too common a problem. The Grow Programme offers a structured way to connect with other people and learn together healthy ways of thinking, feeling, and acting.

The Grow Programme is introduced in this 4 week programme at our new regular Thursday 5:30 weekly meeting time.

“Learning to work with your feelings means learning to be confident even when you feel afraid or depressed. Feelings are like horses and you are like the rider. With training, you and your feelings become a single team.”

“The spiritual dimension is at the core of Grow. The human person is nurtured through understanding, encouragement, acceptance and friendship, all of which reflect the spiritual. In Grow, spirituality is not tied to any particular religious belief or tradition.”

Our new Thursday 5:30 Zoom weekly Grow meeting is starting, beginning on 11 November with a 4 week introductory programme. Feel free to attend any or all of the sessions. There is no cost to attend and no referral is needed.

Join us Friday at 12:30 for an online discussion group helping us all stay mentally healthy during this lockdown time. We enjoy connecting during this isolating time. We'd love it if you would like to join in our video chat. There is no need to chat if you don't want to, you can just listen.

This meeting occurs every Friday at 12:30 on Zoom video conferencing.

Find a quiet place with wifi for a chat with us, wear your headphones if you have them, and talk to you soon.
