Her approach is data driven; using a combination of research, analytics and user testing to inform and iterate on tests and campaigns. Three principles she likes to follow:
1. Prioritize based on impact. She has no problem detaching from an idea (even if she came up with it) in favour of a better one.
2. Welcome change. She enjoys the challenge of constantly adapting to the startup landscape of teams, goals and priorities changing. It’s usually a sign of something improving.
3. Always be learning. She enjoys reading, taking courses, and leveraging the expertise of talented people around her.
Adam Hejl (Simply Wall St) - Adam is the Chief Growth Officer at Simply Wall St. Before joining the team in Sydney he was running an award winning PR and advertising agency in the Czech Republic that specialized in political campaigns.

Working as a key stakeholder within a program piloting Machine Learning for Google has also afforded me the chance to play a role in spearheading one of the most exciting aspects of modern technology, and the movement in which digital marketing is currently moving.
