Hello & Welcome to the second in our series of 'Keeping it Real' monthly MeetUps in Sheffield

This series is specifically designed to address many of the individual obstacles and challenges we many of us face in daily life and which if we don't, can't or indeed are unable to get a handle on them will impact negatively on our lives. Often at the expense of our happiness, mental well-being & our health overall

Following the success of January's event, we decided that as the topic of ANXIETY is such an immense one the theme will continue over the coming months

Each Meetup will be a stand-alone event but for both continuity & clarity (as well as cementing the process) will also include a recap of the things covered in the previous month

In the UK approximately one in five of us will suffer from anxiety related issues during in our lifetime. For many this will be a reactive episode caused by a significant event or situation, which once addressed and resolved is the end of the matter BUT for many, many more of us anxiety is a daily companion

If you (or someone you know) are being negatively impacted by the effects anxiety has on your life? If you know you have G.A.D (generalised anxiety), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (O.C.D), Panic Disorder or Social Anxiety Disorder?

Then I invite you to come along and say hello - doors open at 6.30pm for a 7.00pm start and an estimated finish time of 9.15pm

7:45pm: Coping Strategies & How Best to Help Ourselves

PLEASE NOTE: the Keep it Real Series is designed to open us to the possibilities which can and do open up to us if/when we are able to disempower the hold that the likes of anxiety has over us and take the first tentative steps toward reclaiming our lives
