The intention of Growth Networking is to bring together a group of like-minded individuals who are looking to develop supportive and lasting business relationships.
Getting In the Weeds
I took over the Growth Network because I spend my time studying how the world works to change the racial and socioeconomic wealth gap. My goal is to develop partners by providing free education to change the wealth distribution. It is the masses’ after-tax dollars that generate trillions of dollars in profits. I read a lot of personal development books and watch documentaries money. I am very much a people person and I love to help people become the best versions of themselves. More than helping people be better, my efforts are to make people profitable. Helping them leverage business in a multitude of ways so business is a resource to the masses and we monetize their NEED for customers. Teaching how to create win-win partnerships. I am currently still working in corporate America to invest in my goals of creating a cooperative.
As I study the dynamics of how we fit in and are affected by the economy what I have found is this system only works if the masses are losing.
* The education in this country doesn’t teach what is necessary to live productive and successful lives.
**** Instead, it causes large gaps leaving the masses to figure things out creating fears, confidence issues, and dependent on a shaky foundation.
* The masses are a resource to both the government and businesses. It is our labor that creates value, generates revenue, and our dollars that are their profits.
**** They both recycle their money through our communities while less than 6% of society makes more than $250k annually. While the masses endure an affordability crisis, a savings crisis, a debt crisis, and a retirement crisis.
* The system perpetuates competition among the masses, while corporations use collaborated efforts to their benefit.
**** Divide and conquer.
They hit our food source (our ability to take care of ourselves), our confidence, and our will to build community as means to keep us working for money. If we stop, so does our money. Truly, the domestication of humans.
