Gurdjieff's teaching represents probably the greatest single-handed attempt in the history of human thought to make us aware of the potential of human consciousness.
This is a Gurdjieff Reading Group linked to Gurdjieff Studies - London. It is for anyone with a serious interest in the teachings of Gurdjieff. We meet every fortnight during term time to read about and discuss the essential ideas contained in the Gurdjieff literature. Although private study of "Work" literature can be of great value, reading with others, in an atmosphere of gathered attention, brings a special quality of perception and understanding.
