Could you use some time enjoying easy connection, getting your mind right with the help of mama nature, and focusing your attention on what matters most so you can head into your week feeling vibrant, purposeful, and kick ass?

That's how we roll!

We'll begin by spending a good 20-30 minutes in authentic, judgement-free connection, checking-in and honoring what's alive for the women in our group.

We then set out on our hike where we'll spend some time taking turns sharing and listening about what's lighting us up, what's giving us grief, what we're working on, etc. It ain't all structured conversation, however. We'll take pause periodically to remain connected to the beauty and transformative power of nature and we'll have plenty of time for unprompted, organic conversation...or silence, if that tickles your fancy.

You'll leave feeling supported and ready to rock the upcoming week!

WHAT TO BRING
Water, light snack, hiking/walking shoes you don't mind getting wet/muddy, layered clothing (be ready for wet ground cover and the possibility of rain) a hat, and an open heart.

WEATHER CONSIDERATIONS
If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll meet-up at the location and caravan to a local cafe where we'll enjoy easy connection!
