HAI's Introduction to Intimacy Online Relationship Workshop (Jan 30)

You are invited to join us for this interactive online event to begin (or continue!) your path towards happier, kinder and long lasting relationships. Learn skills that will bring you closer to yourself and others so that you can live your life in love. $27 per person To register or for more info: https://www1.hai.org/Register/?cnpvar=MEETUP_ITI_1-30#id=a0O1Y00000fcd3FUAQ Most of us think about intimacy as it relates to our romantic partners. We may think of intimacy as a sexual act, or perhaps a sensual one. In this heart-centered facilitated workshop, you will explore how satisfying intimate connection can be as simple as being fully present with someone. You will also be introduced to some of the foundational concepts that we cover more in-depth during the "Loving Me, Loving You" workshop: * How being present improves your ability to listen * Practice sharing vulnerably so others can know you more fully * Speaking appreciations that deepen connection * Improve your relationship to your body so you can feel comfortable and free in your own skin TECHNOLOGY INFORMATION Because this is an online workshop with video participation over Zoom, you will need a minimum standard of computer equipment. Cell phones are not preferred. Recording is not allowed. You will receive the Zoom link 24 hours prior to the workshop and again 1 hour before we start. Please be in a private room on a computer if possible, rather than on a mobile phone or a tablet for a better experience. If more than one person in the same household is participating, it's much better if each of you can have your own computer and be using headphones if you are in the same room. If you have two devices in one room, only one can be connected to audio. Otherwise you will have echo and feedback issues. The Human Awareness Institute (HAI Global) is a cutting edge, 50-year-old, non-profit organization that has helped tens of thousands of people around the world to create more joy, love and connection in their lives. We look forward to welcoming you! For more about us and the workshops we offer, go to www.hai.org.
