These days especially, the weight of doing design work for global development and aid has become fraught with the many ethical considerations that come with it. Whether on our own or in meeting rooms, designers are grappling with difficult questions about what makes our work good or bad. How are we making sure our own biases aren’t trickling down into the products/services we make? How do we reconcile wanting to help other countries with the inherent power imbalances in the world, and with wanting to help our own country? Join us on July 11th at Creative Associate's offices for drinks, snacks, and honest conversations (with Chatham House rules!) around these and other ethical considerations we all have to make as designers and design strategists.

Special thanks to Creative Associates for hosting this event for us!
