Our next HER+Data meetup of 2019 will take place on Thursday November 28th at Intercom with talks from more amazing women who work with data!

Speakers:

Maria O’Brien is a Marketing Analytics Manager at LinkedIn. She works with the LinkedIn Talent Solutions marketing team, across EMEA & LATAM, to generate insights to help the team strategically design, develop and analyse their work. Prior to LinkedIn, she spent 2 years in AA Ireland as a Senior Quantitative Analyst leading their data and business intelligence team, working across the business to democratise data and supply insights. Before that, Maria completed her PhD on the synthesis and analysis of 2D materials for semiconductor applications in Trinity College Dublin, in collaboration with Intel Ireland. Kate Gallo is a Product Analyst in Intercom where she helps drive data democratization and data informed decision making, partnering with R&D teams in particular. Prior to joining Intercom, Kate worked as Data Analyst in ContentWise an AI-powered customer experience company. Kate’s background is primarily in Mathematics and Statistics, graduating from Universita di Trento with a B.Sc. in Mathematics and a M.Sc. in Mathematics and Statistics. Born and raised in Romania, Domy Brici moved to Ireland 12 years ago to explore a new culture and further her education in Data Analytics. Currently, she works as a Marketing Science Auction Expert at Facebook, helping advertisers to optimize campaigns more strategically in the auction. Prior to Facebook, she worked at dunnhumby Ireland as a Data Analyst in Insights team where she supported various clients like Tesco, Coca Cola, Unilever, Heineken.
Domy graduated from Computer Science college, has a Bachelor Degree in Communication Science, a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing and a Higher Diploma in Data Science. Jo Niec is a Product Analyst at Intercom where she helps product teams make informed decisions using data. She obtained a masters in sociology from the University of Wroclaw. After arriving in Dublin she pursued her interest in data and completed a course in data analytics at the National College of Ireland. Recently Jo has been working with a product team in Intercom focused on Automation to uncover insights about chatbots.
