Marina Schink is a Data Analyst on LinkedIn’s Insights team. She works with recruiting companies in various countries to help them better understand the trends in the talent market and make the most out of their activities on the platform. Prior to LinkedIn, Marina worked in a small startup in Berlin trying out various roles (Sales, HR, Operations, you name it) before she finally found a job she loved on their Business Intelligence team. Coming from an Economics background she is very passionate about how data can help Governments and Non-Profit Organizations measure their impact and improve their work.

Sylver Foley is the Data Manager at AYLIEN, an Irish AI & News Analytics company, where she collects and curates data from thousands of online sources. Her experience is primarily in the intersection of the English language and the Product side of working in AI, but her interests range from exotic animals to industrial music. Before getting into Data, she was a freelance editor, working on mostly novels and PhD theses. Outside of work, her hobbies include travel, modeling, and balancing life with two kids and a large dog.

Maryanne Doyle is a spreadsheet enthusiast who recently completed a PhD in data visualisation in the Insight Centre for Data Analytics in UCD. Her research involved designing visualisations to examine how people engage with the news on Twitter, and evaluating those visualisations with a series of user studies involving members of the public and professional journalists.
While in UCD she was the coordinator of the Computer Science Support Centre, a drop-in grinds service for students from all over campus who are taking modules in computer science. In this role she developed a dashboard to analyse the trends in topics and cohorts of students visiting the centre to tailor the centre's operation to the needs of those students. Before starting her PhD she completed a bachelor's degree in computer science in UCD.
