The HIIT Bhangra Fit workout is a highly energetic and rhythmic class guaranteed to leave you buzzing! It combines the energetic moves of Bhangra with traditional body weight exercises in a HIIT format. Bhangra is a folk dance of Punjab, India and it is arguably an adaptation of the martial dance 'bagaa'. It is characterised by highly energetic multi joint movements like alternating cross knee lifts, resting squat jumps and dynamic circle style formations. The music will be a mix of Bhangra beats and international dance hits. Last but not the least, there will be an optional extended stretching session after the one hour class.
