Acadia National Park is one of the most beautiful and enchanting natural places on the North American continent. Mountains, islands and ocean combine in a unique sensory splendor that has become the crown jewel of Maine and all of America. Each year, millions of people visit for a memorable vacation and many more hope to. Towns, such as Bar Harbor, are intertwined with Acadia National Park land creating a unique blend of pristine landscapes with a Downeast flavor and character. Once visited, you want to return. Once felt, the experience stays with you forever.

The views are spectacular. The landscape is pristine. And, the wildlife is plentiful and protected. Acadia National Park, Maine, is a favorite destination for good reason a we'll spend 3 days and nights camping in the gem of the Northeastern United States! 47,000 acres and almost every angle of this island is made up of shorelines, rock walls, forests, lakes, mountains, woodlands and the Atlantic Ocean. The town of Bar Harbor is the hub of Mount Desert Island, has a symbiotic relationship with Acadia National Park. Bar Harbor, with its shops, restaurants, hotels, cottages, bed and breakfasts, inns, galleries, vacation rentals and more, has a special ambiance blended with Downeast character. You can have an ice cold beer near the waterfront resturants while watching the lobster boats bring in there daily catch.

There are also options to go whale watching, sea kayaking, rock climbing and plenty of other activities.

I already rented a house, so the group size is limited.

The NYC Hiking & Outdoor Adventure Group does not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals who may participate in any of the events planned by the Organizer or Assistant Organizers.

This release extends and applies to, and also covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability.

Your attendance on an event signifies that you have read and accept the terms of this liability waiver. By signing up for this group or event you understand that you are attending all events AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Organizers and Assistant Organizers of this group are just that, we organize the events and participate together as friends. There are no leaders on these events, you are your own leader- This is YOUR event.
