·OnlineOnlineLearn how contested custody decisions are made in Massachusetts, what judges consider, and how to protect your children’s best interests.
About this Event:
Custody and parenting arrangements are often the most emotionally charged and complex aspects of divorce. In Massachusetts, custody decisions are guided by the “best interests of the child.” But when parents cannot agree, the process can quickly become stressful and legally complex.

- How parenting plans are developed, and what happens when parents cannot reach an agreement
- The impact of temporary custody orders and how modifications work

- Resources and professionals who can support you through the process
