Alan leads TA at Appboy, a mobile marketing automation that empowers marketers to build better relationships with their customers with push, email, inApp and more. He is a talent crusader who is passionate about everything talent related, particularly improving and innovating the candidate experience. Previously, Alan ran talent acquisition for FanDuel and WYNG and Conde Nast Technology. He’s also a die-hard NY Rangers and USC fan.
Alan will speak about: Designing interviews for a winning candidate experience.

Laura leads the recruiting and TA efforts at Superfly, the live events and creative marketing company that brings you Bonaroo. She also leads all strategic initiatives regarding employer branding and interview skills training. Laura brings almost a decade of recruiting experience to Superfly, most recently from Sony Music where she was Director of Talent Acquisition. Laura has her Certified Professional-Recruiter Certification (CPR) and is trained in the Lominger Behavioral Based interview technique. This year, she was recognized along with the top 5 percentile of her peers as a “Power User” at the Linkedin Talent Connect Conference in Las Vegas.

Matt is Head of Partnerships for Betts Recruiting, where he helps high growth companies overcome the challenge of finding top sales and marketing talent in highly competitive markets. He began his career in inside sales, selling marketing software to small businesses at SinglePlatform. Matt has a degree from Villanova University, and in his free time enjoys writing music, experiencing new culture via travel and documenting his life experience through photography.
Matt will speak about: Fact or fiction? How to identify true sales talent through effective interviewing.
