HR for IT #13 - The Panel Session

This month at HR for IT we have a special meetup prepared for you - The Panel Session!

We've invited 3 professionals with different expertise as well as backgrounds and perspectives to talk about Communication in IT Recruitment: the do's and don't's, how to approach a developer, how to better promote a job, how to use social media to our advantage.

Let's get together next Thursday, on November 28th, starting 5pm at Cowork Timisoara - The Garden, and discuss some of the issues regarding communication in our recruitment process.

Please welcome our Speakers:
Gabriela Sîrb - currently a Senior Marketing Manager at BusyMachines, Gabi has been working with IT companies since 2011, focusing on digital marketing strategies and campaign delivery, as well as social media & display advertising.

Dragos Covaci - with an experience of almost 8 years in Technical Recruitment, Dragos interacted with developers ranging from Web technologies to Big Data, DevOps and many more. Currently a Recruitment Partner at 123FormBuilder, Dragos always focuses on candidate needs, best Recruitment practices and ensuring a good quality experience for everyone involved in the recruitment process.

Andrei Pfeiffer - is as a Code Designer at [e-spres-oh], but overall identifies as a "designer / developer hybrid", specialized in Front-End technologies and UI development, both on web and mobile. He organizes revo.js conference & tim.js which is the local JavaScript meetup here in Timisoara. He's also a public speaker, trainer, mentor and technical writer.
