Hampton Roads Landlord Assoc Holiday Mixer

Join your fellow Hampton Roads Landlords for an informal gathering as we celebrate the winter holidays and discuss all things about landlording! December and January are the months with the highest delinquency for landlords because of irresponsible tenant spending, so bring your best stories to share! Feel free to bring any challenges you are having, because there will be plenty of people who will be able to help you work them out. We’ve asked the venue to set the room up for mingling with table tops and chairs, so you can work the room!

OPTIONAL BIT OF FUN! Anyone who wants to participate in a gift exchange should bring a gift with a maximum value of $20. Wrap your gift, but don’t put any labels on it.

ACCURATE RSVPs ARE CRITICAL TO ENSURE WE HAVE THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF FOOD! Sweetwater Cuisine is a catering company who is opening up their venue to our group. They are known for their amazing culinary skills and will be serving us a buffet lunch for an all inclusive price of $20/person, which will include the space, meal, tax and tip. Please note: EVERYONE WHO ATTENDS MUST PAY FOR LUNCH, WHETHER YOU EAT OR NOT. This is the only way we can keep this a free club.

IF YOU HAVE ANY FOOD ALLERGIES OR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS, PLEASE CONTACT SWEETWATER CUISINE DIRECTLY AT LEAST ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT AND THEY WILL DO THEIR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE WITH EITHER OUR MENU OR AN ACCOMMODATING MEAL.

All menus include soft drinks, tea, and coffee. Use of the space is included in the cost per person.
