What we're about

Welcome to the ground floor of our new Meetup! Do you like building things? Supporting the community? Making new friends to volunteer or have a beer with? Learning new skills? Any or all of the above? Then this group is for you!

Austin Habitat for Humanity Young Professionals (HYP) is a group of fun, ambitious, energetic and diverse young professionals (21 to 40ish) who actively support Austin Habitat for Humanity.

Whether you're in engineering, marketing, medicine, law, education, building/construction, small business owner, etc. you're in the right place!

Habitat Young Professionals has come together as an official volunteer-led part of Austin Habitat for Humanity; an organization dedicated to "building affordable, quality houses with families in need to eliminate poverty housing, one family at a time."

If you'd like to become an official member, please visit http://ahyp.org to sign up. Members receive exclusive invites to social events and volunteer opportunities as well as discounted or free admission to HYP fundraising or appreciation events. We hope to see you at the next event!
