This meet up is for fun, interesting people that have struggled with weight loss and food addictions. This group offers a place to connect and support each other on their weight loss journey. We will be looking at habits and how they can help you to lose weight as well as shifting mindset more easily install these habits and rituals into your daily life. Making success in weight loss more easy and longer lasting.
If you know what you "should" be doing but have not cracked the code of the diet world. You may feel your habits and emotions and food addiction may have the best of you.
Or you may feel you are in a venomous cycle of
1. not eating well
2. Not sleeping well
3. Drinking large amounts of caffeine... that causes more sleepless night
4. Not working out
5. Promising to change tomorrow and then repeat the next day.
