ARTIST BIO
Saige Baxter embraces the power of sculpture through large-scale steel fabrications. With metal manipulation she is able to develop contemporary patterns in the third dimension. Her patterns are repetitious through rods and negative space. The work itself embodies conceptual ideas within our social world, from human injustices to community engagement. Her large projects are primarily displayed outdoor in public areas, and often designed for specific neighborhoods or organizations.
