On Thursday, December 13th, we’re celebrating the 8th Cohort of BizHack’s Professional Digital Marketing Training program.
Six of Miami’s top marketing professionals and business owners will present case studies on how they're using digital marketing to accelerate their businesses and their careers. And Charly Maltagliatti, Facebook marketing lead for Latin America, will give the keynote address.
We’ll have a raffle with great prizes from our graduating businesses, including orchids, pilates classes, restaurant meals, concert tickets, cool schwag and more!
Case Study Presentations from Miami Businesses
Pamela Figueroa of La Ramen-Ya, a new noodle shop in Coral Gables, will share how her team was able to double weekday sales through a campaign targeting local office buildings.
While juggling a major international event for Twitter, Lilia Pozos, a Senior Account Director at Dialogue Marketing Communications, used Facebook ads to fill the launch event for her socially conscious startup, Your Green Mermaid.
Pinecrest Councilwoman Anna Hochkammer will talk about how she hustled her way to 1,400 new newsletter signups in just a few months.
Julia Brown of Brown & Company PR will share how she used smart audience targeting to rebuild her husband’s orchid business, Amazonia Orchids, after Hurricane Irma wiped out all of her flowering orchids last year.
Christi Idavoy of Polestar Pilates learned a hard lesson about the power—and limitations—of digital marketing, and reveals how she turned around a Facebook campaign by picking up the phone.
Karla Arguello of the Rhythm Foundation will share the digital playbook she used to sell out the Diego Cegala concert last month, crushing the results from a traditional marketing effort her organization undertook to promote his visit in 2014.
Keynote: Facebook’s Cutting-Edge Efforts In Latin America
Charly Maltagliatti has led the expansion of Microsoft and now Facebook into Latin America. He'll share key insights from his decade helping companies and agencies reach audiences in the Americas. And he'll talk about Facebook's efforts in Miami to empower marketing professionals and business owners to get the most out of their advertising solutions.
A native of Argentina, Charly was trained as a graphic designer and worked for agencies and consultancies before joining Microsoft and Facebook. He's taught online advertising at UADE in Argentina for nearly a decade.
Bonus!
BizHack Academy is partnering with Facebook for three days of free training in Miami on December 18-20. We'll share information about how to register at the event.
