Which is why Hacks/Hackers JHB has invited Alexandra Parker to talk about her work as a Senior Researcher for the Gauteng City Region Observatory (GCRO). GCRO collects and analyses all kinds of data about the province, from infrastructure to the quality of life survey, and benchmarks it to understand how the region is changing.
