Do you know what your digital pins are "really" saying [Hackster]

We will be looking at an inexpensive 24Mhz 8 channel logic analyzer. The hardware is based on the Cypress FX2xx low power USB 2.0 micro-controller chip. The controller firmware/software uses an open source software suite called Sigrok.

The suite will not only present the pin levels as ones and zeros but may also decode the data coming in/out into a human readable form.

The Sigrok suite has support for many programmable devices including logic analyzers, thermometers, scales, RF receivers, power supplies and many other "smart" devices based off the FX2xx chips.

The November presenter will be Leroy Levin. Leroy has been involved in the computer business for a few years now, from the early days as a hardware tech, through contracting with IBM Austin to help with their Aix version 3 in the late 80's/early 90's, to a stint at Texas Instruments, Sterling Software and finally CA Technologies until 2013.

Interests are anything to do with IOT embedded development, Android app development (check out RV Expenses in the Play store) and a smattering of web development using the MEAN stack.
