RESURRECTING THE DEAD: How to breathe life back in to a dead transformation

Agile Transformations often begin with enthusiasm and well intended plans from the top of the organisation. If we have a clear transformation plan & hire the right experts we should be able to get this right, right? Wrong. As we all know transformation is a complex endeavour which means failure is inevitable. ‘Leaders’ fall back into old habits, middle managers find comfort in the status quo growing its skin back & the people at the coal face begin to lose hope of any real transformative change.
