Title:
How to connect your Kafka data streams with industrial systems including OPC, machines, printing-, RFID- and barcode-devices, industrial databases, etc.

Abstract:
Apache Kafka® is getting more and more presence in the industrial environment. But connectivity to industrial automation systems and OT still might be a challenge.

In this session we will explain and show you how to connect your industrial devices and systems to Kafka, using Confluent’s partner software OPC Router. Our technical experts will also be happy to discuss any questions and connectivity challenges with you after the live demo.

Bio:
Jan studied M. Sc. Econ. Information Systems in Sweden and Finland. He has been working at inray for 9 years as an expert for IoT software. Jan has supported customer projects and software implementations at customers’ sites and is since 2 years now working as a consultant and trainer in technical presales.
