Hi!! The Hamilton Heights Running Group is for people who live in or near the Hamilton Heights area who are interested in running, maintaining/improving a regular running program, and making friends while at it! There are so many beautiful routes to run in the Hamilton Heights area, and as a 3x marathon runner I've explored them all!  Let's explore them together. :)

Currently we have members that run in the 9:00-10:00 minute mile range.  However, this group is open to all levels. To maintain consistency, I do recommend that we have at least 2 people who can run at approximately the same pace. 

Presently, we run in the early morning hours during the week with alternating weekends, depending on level of participation.
