Cookies baking session with a cause

"Fruit Community Waikato" will be baking cookies for families in need, on December 3rd. The idea is really cool, even though they will be baking traditional butter-eggs-etc-cookies.

I suggested them to provide vegan cookies and they said it was cool! So I'll be baking on Saturday 3rd December, in order to bring them there by 4.30pm. In my kitchen there is space for probably 4-5 bakers, so if someone feels like joining the fun, welcome! the more, the merrier, and the more cookies!

For the organization, I suggest:

Everyone chooses between baking his/her favourites, or making batches of 2-3 good recipes I'll have on hand and will be making (will put the info in the comments, before the event).
If you bake your own, please bring the needed ingredients for the amount you plan to make.
If you want to work with my recipes, please tell me so a few days before so I can buy the ingredients. In all cases, I will probably have quite some flour & sugar that you'll be welcome to use.

PS: another occasion to show that vegan cookies can be seriously kickass!
