Gods Unchained, Ethereum Laptop Game

Details
Jan 8th, Feb 5th, and Mar 4th, 6:30-8:30pm
Bring your Windows or Mac laptop to play Gods Unchained or just your smartphone to practice Ethereum blockchain and card transfers. You can also just come to watch and mingle.
Each of the three sessions will start by helping beginners get started with blockchain wallets, game installation, and free cards. We’ll then try playing some games in solo or vs. modes. We’ll buy/sell/trade some cards(many are 5-25 cents value each), discuss deckbuilding, and play strategy. If time permits, we’ll use some bitcoin, and talk about other blockchain topics. Some walk to a beer in Belltown after the meetup.
Gods Unchained is a card game like Magic the Gathering, but cards are owned on the blockchain. You can buy, sell, or give cards away to other blockchain users for any price without consent of the publisher, just like physical cards. More info about the game is at https://godsunchained.com or https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=gods+unchained&sp=EgIIBA%253D%253D
Front door info: Codefellows typically has 40 students in class or doing homework in the lobby during our meetups. The front door is usually locked with a code by 6:30pm, but students are usually coming in every 2-3 mins. If the door is locked, please wait for a student to let you inside. Once inside, the Codefellows office admin will direct you to our meetup. You can also call me at 425-501-8167 or try calling Codefellows front desk to get in.
Call for Leaders: I plan to give another free beginners blockchain session at a school, club, or business each month. Contact me if you have a group in mind. I'd like to partner with other leaders and allow this Meetup.com site to be used for other non-commercial blockchain events with or without me.
