FREE 60-minute Seminar-An Introduction to Art Of Living Course Participants will learn powerful breathing techniques, experience a guided meditation, and light yoga - all of which will leave you recharged and refreshed! The experience of meditation can take us beyond the usual mental stress and emotional agitation to a calm centered place. We explore the delicate art of quietening the mind! This session is open for people with any or no experience of meditation or breathing exercises. Walk ins are welcome! The group helps connect people and conduct Weekly Meditation sessions. Whether you are experienced or just starting, we have a lot to contribute to each others growth.
