This group and the topics of healthy living and happiness are very important to me. Unfortunately the current format of monthly meetings is not working out, as there aren't enough people attending the meetings to make them financially viable, but I'm not going to give up! I'm looking into alternative options, such as presenting a series of lectures about healthy eating, creating videos or putting together an online support group - or all of the above!
This is a support group for anyone who is interested in healthy eating and in developing a happy relationship with food. We advocate mindful eating and trusting your intuition, rather than restrictive diets or laborious rules. People of all shapes, sizes and weights are welcome: this is a judgement-free zone.
