Are you a busy, driven, high-achieving woman who wants to be happy, healthy and well?? If so, this is the group for you! It is my deep belief that your success can only be as healthy and happy as you are. When you are tired, your well-being suffers, when you are stressed out, so are you interactions with others and when you are not feeling well, your life doesn’t do well either. This meetup is for busy women who understand the importance of staying on track with their health and wellness and are looking for support as well as the opportunity to connect with other like-minded women. Each 4th Tuesday of the month, I will highlight various wellness topics that effect our health and how we run our lives. E.g. stress and anxiety strategies, mindfulness practices, positive psychology tools, mind/body tools and the list goes on. There will be time for connecting both before and after the talk. I hope you can join me for this fun, interactive experience!
