Happy Mind-Body-Spirit is a group for women who want to empower themselves by learning, sharing, and expanding awareness regarding all things holistic. A fun, casual, and supportive gathering for exploring techniques, modalities and practices for mind, body, spirit wellness.

This group meets on the last Friday of each month. A new topic each month.
