Join the Happy Wanderers for these 5/10km traditional walks (no group event) or 14/25km group bike rides in Lake Beresford Park and on the Springs-to-Springs rail trail. Register between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. for the guided bike ride and anytime from 9:00 a.m. through 10:30 a.m. for the 5 and 10km walks. The walks are at your own pace and not timed. We provide detailed walk instructions, a map, and a start number. Participants walk at their own pace, and there will be at least 1 checkpoint with water on the longer walk. We recommend participants carry their own water, wear sunscreen and bring bug spray as necessary. The walks are rated 1B with both paved and nature trails. The wooded trails have good footing and few obstructions. The bike routes are all paved and rated 1A.
