This is a group for anyone interested in Yoga Stretch, Flexibility and Balance. Educational workshops on stress, knowing your body, improving your health. This is to bring people together and make them aware how Yoga can benefit the physical and mental being. It's not going to change your religeon, but it just may make you a more enjoyable person by bringing the connection of body and mind. Anyone joining this group need not be afraid of any farout stuff.... just simply finding and buidling flexibility, strength and peace of mind, along with focus and discipline. So join in and let's relax some minds on what Yoga has to offer. It's like a martial art, nothing but positivie "stuff" comes from it. I do book Personal Training and that can be done at the studio.
