Greetings everyone! This month Josh Huston and myself will be discussing construction best practices as it pertains to multifamily properties. The intent here is to provide some insight into handling construction projects efficiently, streamlining unit turns to reduce overall vacancy, finding contractors and subs, and budgeting for best bang for the buck upgrades.
