We'll take a free guided tour of the Hawaii State Capital building and learn about the history of Hawaiian government and how the legislature works. The tour itself is a little over an hour long, then we'll go around and meet our legislators. Then we'll sit in on hearing where the public is able to testify for and against laws.

MEETING PLACE: Meet on the ground floor (street level) in the center(rotunda) of the capital building at 12:45pm. We will then go to room 415 to start the tour.

PARKING: Parking will be difficult to find so arrive early. The video below shows directions to the underground parking lot (probably full). Other suggested locations are on the map. Alternative transportation recommended.
